3 Millionth Fan Expected at The Light

Coral Gables, Fla (www.hurricanesports.com) – The University of Miami announced today that the three millionth fan is expected to pass through the Mark Light Field gates this weekend against Florida State.

Since the field’s opening in 1973 2,989,621 fans have enjoyed Hurricane baseball. As of this Friday’s game vs. the Florida State Seminoles, the Hurricanes are 10,379 fans short of the 3,000,000th mark.
