Canes Taking Over WQAM On Friday Morning

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The Miami Hurricanes are taking over the radio airwaves on Friday morning.

UM and flagship partner 560 WQAM will host a “Canes Takeover” Show from 6-10 a.m. on Friday, July 8 while local radio and television legend Joe Rose is on vacation.

Local TV personality Adam Kuperstein will play co-host with a bevy of Hurricanes including football coach Al Golden, men’s basketball coach Jim Larranaga, offensive line coach Art Kehoe, women’s hoops coach Katie Meier and star players Olivier Vernon, Sean Spence, LaRon Byrd, Marcus Forston, Vaughn Telemaque, Mike James, Tyler Horn, Harland Gunn, Malcolm Grant and Julian Gamble.

The Takeover show will have several surprises and a few unique giveaways, so make sure you keep the dial locked to 560 AM all morning long.
